What is Gracious Goodness?
Gracious Goodness is a homegrown brand that sources natural, healthy food products from the region. Together with local farmers and producers, we strive to provide everyone with healthy and effective choices for better health.
Where are the fruits from?
Our fruits are sourced only from Thailand.
What are GG’s product range?
Our range includes Banana, Dragonfruit, Durian, Mango, Strawberry, Jackfruit, Longan, Broccoli, Okra (ladies finger), and Corn.
How do I consume GG snacks
Straight out of the bag! Add to your breakfast bowls, smoothies, salads for a crunchy addition.
Are GG’s snacks Halal?
Yes, Gracious Goodness snacks are halal-certified.
Are GG’s snacks vegan?
Yes, Gracious Goodness snacks are vegan-friendly.
Are GG’s snacks organic?
Gracious Goodness snacks are not organic at the moment.
Can babies, pregnant women and elderlies eat the snacks?
Children 18 months & above, expecting mums and elderlies can enjoy our snacks!
What is the expiry time of GG’s snacks?
Our snacks have a shelf life of 18 months.
Are there preservatives in GG’s products?
Gracious Goodness snacks are preservatives-free.
Will the snacks turn soggy/soft?
Our snacks have been produced in a controlled environment. Please re-seal and keep in a cool place after consuming.
Supravit Products
Can babies, pregnant women and elderlies consume the SupraVit Vitamin C?
Supravit Vit C are suitable for adults. Please check with your doctor if you have any questions.
Shipping & Payment Methods
What is the minimum order & shipping fee?
There is no minimum order. Shipping fee is $5 per order below $50.
What are the payment methods accepted?
Payment can be made via credit cards and PayNow for direct payment. If you choose to pay via PayNow, we will process your order once we have sighted your payment.
How much is the delivery fee?
$5 for all orders. Free delivery for orders above $50.

How do I know if my orders are confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation via email.
How can I track my orders?

Can I change or cancel my orders?
If you have not yet checked out but wish to edit your cart, simply click to go back a page and continue shopping. Once you have checked out, you will not be able to change your order on the website. Please email hello@graciousgoodness.sg ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate.
What happens if my order went missing, damaged, or wrong items?
Should an item be missing from your order, please contact us hello@graciousgoodness.sg immediately and we will work with you to resolve it.
