Shipping Policy

We ship everywhere in Singapore

Some nitty-gritty:

  • Please note that we cannot deliver to a post office box address.
  • While we try our very best to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our service provider that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
  • Out of stock items: If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
  • Overseas orders: We are currently working on shipping overseas. Meanwhile, do get in touch with us at hello@graciousgoodness.sg, thank you!

Refund Policy

  • If you are unsatisfied with any of the items in your order or any part of the delivery service please email us at hello@graciousgoodness.sg and we will try to resolve it for you.
  • We will try to exchange or refund any item you feel does not meet our quality standards.
  • If an incorrect item has been delivered, please notify us as soon as possible. We will replace the incorrect item as soon as we can.
